About Zero Node

A privacy gateway for applications that use AI.

Zero Node helps developers keep sensitive customer data out of AI prompts, logs, analytics platforms, and third-party APIs.

Why we built it

Applications increasingly send customer conversations and business records to external models. Those workflows can expose names, contact information, identifiers, payment data, credentials, and other sensitive values that the external service never needed.

Zero Node creates a narrow privacy boundary: detect sensitive values, replace them before the external call, and restore authorized values afterward when the workflow requires it.

The product

Zero Node Privacy Firewall is the first focused product from Zero Node. It combines constrained deterministic detection with private local contextual models. It accepts plain text or structured JSON and supports tokenization, masking, removal, hashing, pseudonyms, and partial masking.

Reversible token mappings are short-lived, scoped to the API key that created them, and consumed on first successful rehydration. Application code does not write submitted content to request logs.

How we work

This is an early-access product. We publish detection boundaries, test adversarial cases, avoid claiming perfect detection, and improve coverage from measured false positives and false negatives.

The initial customer is a developer or small SaaS team adding AI features while needing a practical way to reduce exposure of real customer data.
